Deconstructed over 400 obsolete buildings for complete reuse or reclaiming up to 98% of a building’s materials, saving them from the burn pile and landfill. Presented at local and national LEED, architectural, and University conferences. Diverted over 6,000 tons of materials from landfill through reuse and recycling. Salvaged over three million board feet of wood. Salvaged wood equivalent to 15,500 mature trees, or the yearly output of 4,500 acres of planted pine—that equals 3,200 football fields! Provide reclaimed materials for hundreds of residential and commercial building projects, saving natural resources and embodied energy - up to 90% of energy it would take to produce the product new. LEED Certification contributor via deconstruction and supplying reclaimed wood. 2017 Historical Preservation Award Recipient and have contributed to many historically significant projects, from ghost towns to downtowns, commercial buildings to historic homes. Donates materials and time to dozens of non-profits a year.
